Delivery

Dispatch and tracking

We ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If something looks wrong in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the carrier.

Returns

We do not follow return Policy. Products can be exchanged within the 7 working days from the date of receipt. Please note that the product will be only exchanged which are unused, with tag and invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged due to the minor marking differences/slight damage, differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen,  therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.

Please note: exchange can only be processed once per order. In cases where a customer first opts for a code or exchange and then requests another exchange again, we will only entertain one exchange request for the same purchase.
