Return and Exchange Policy
RESHIPPING (DOMESTIC ORDERS)
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, the customer may request a reshipment by paying a reshipping fee of PKR 350 for domestic orders:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
- Customer was unavailable during delivery attempts
- Customer failed to respond to calls or messages from the courier company

Customer refused to accept the package without a valid reason
This policy applies to both COD and prepaid orders.
Important Notes:
- The reshipping fee must be paid in full before the order is dispatched again.
- For COD orders, we may convert the reshipped order to a prepaid payment to avoid repeat issues.
- Reshipment is subject to product availability at the time of the request.
- If the customer chooses not to reship, we can issue a refund (for prepaid orders only) after deducting the original shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) charges. COD orders are not eligible for a refund once returned unless otherwise stated.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS (DOMESTIC ORDERS)
Products can be exchanged within the 7 working days from the date of receipt. Please note that the product will be only exchanged which are unused, with tag and invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged due to the minor marking differences/slight damage, differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.
Please note: exchange can only be processed once per order. In cases where a customer first opts for a code or exchange and then requests another exchange again, we will only entertain one exchange request for the same purchase.
REFUND
Although we have no existing refunds policy. However, in case of unavailability of stock refund would be provided. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately three weeks of being processed. All handling costs and other transactional charges are non-refundable. In case of quality issue identified while dispatching the order, we will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refund will only be processed for items excluded from the order, not the entire value of the order. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. In case of BANK DEPOSIT | DIRECT TRANSFERS via Third Parties your refund will be credited back to any PAKISTANI Bank account.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed, the “Exchange and Return Policy” Will be applied. OATS&CO may decline the orders, if the payment did not go through or the product is out of stock. You will always receive the confirmation email and SMS notification once your order is confirmed.
SALE ITEMS
There is a possibility that items on sale are reduced due to any of the following reasons: end of season items/minor marking/slight damage or color differences. Any discrepancies with a sale item will not be classified as a fault.
