This website is operated by OATS & CO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OATS & CO. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities per order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location. OATS & CO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within the 7 working days from the date of receipt. Please note that the product will be only exchanged which are unused, with tag and invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged due to the minor marking differences/slight damage, differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen,  therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if it is defected or wrong product(s) has been delivered. We cannot exchange the product without purchase invoice.

Please note: exchange can only be processed once per order. In cases where a customer first opts for a code or exchange and then requests another exchange again, we will only entertain one exchange request for the same purchase.

All content on this website, including images, logos, and designs, is the property of OATS & CO and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
